Now that I have designed my garment outcomes I have also been considering making flat outcomes to go alongside; however I have been struggling to relate the flat pieces to the garments which create a much stronger message. During my third tutorial the flat outcome issue was discussed and I realised that the flat images I was designing were too complex when compared to the simplicity of the garment images, and that if I am to make flat images as well as garments I need to ensure that there is uniformity between the images, possibly by both the flats and garments being on the same fabric.
